Mr. S.B. Ghia is a non-executive Director of Sonata Software Ltd. He is a Director in Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd and Futura Polyesters Ltd. He is a member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Sonata Software Ltd.  He is also a Chairman of Audit Committee and member of various committee in Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd and Futura Polyesters Ltd.

He holds a B Sc. Degree (Chemistry) from Bombay University and holds a MBA Degree from USA.
