Sonata holds a 100% stake in Sonata Software North America Inc., which is headquartered in Fremont, California. Sonata Software North America operates in the US market and provides development and consulting services to clients, using an onsite-offshore delivery model. With help from Sonata’s onshore development center, Sonata Software North America executes its projects both onsite and offshore, providing a cost advantage to clients.
Sonata Software FZ - LLC
Sonata Software FZ – LLC, a hundred percent owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited, provides value-based IT solutions to customers in the Middle East. Its objective is to unite and firm up our presence in the region.
This subsidiary, based out of Dubai Internet City Free Zone, provides services to the regional market segments which include the Travel, Tourism, and Construction industries. These segments are fast-growing and are major contributors to the GDP in the Middle East.
Sonata Software (Qatar) LLC
Sonata Software (Qatar) LLC is a joint venture between Sonata Software Ltd. and Mohammad Nasser Abdullah Al MISNAD. Sonata Software (Qatar) LLC provides value-based IT solutions to customers in Qatar and the wider Middle East region.
This affiliate, based out of Doha-Qatar, provides services to the regional market segments which include the Education, Government, Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution industries. The new joint venture will leverage Sonata’s vast experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations across industry verticals and partnerships with leaders like SAP, Oracle and Microsoft to partner customers in their ERP implementations. These will involve upgrade and support initiatives on Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle eBusiness Suite and SAP.

Sonata Software Ltd holds a 100% stake in Sonata Europe Ltd., which is headquartered in London, UK. Sonata Europe Ltd operates in the Europe market and provides software development and services to clients. With help from Sonata’s global development and delivery footprint, Sonata Europe executes its projects both onsite and offshore, providing IT led business transformation solutions that drive competitive advantage to clients.
