As a business leader and technologist, Samir has a proven track record for scaling and leading large businesses and expanding into new industries and markets. He is a client-focused leader who has built and managed business in BFSI, Healthcare Life Science, Telecom, Media, and Hi-Tech industries. Before joining Sonata Software, Samir was the CEO – Global Markets and Industries of Virtusa Corporation and was responsible for developing and executing Virtusa's growth strategy and company P&L of over $1.6B across markets and industry groups worldwide. In addition, he successfully integrated ETouch and Polaris Consulting & Services' capabilities into Virtusa. Before this, as the Chief Delivery Officer, Samir led the global delivery and practices organization at Virtusa.

Samir previously worked for Wipro, managing SAP business and running the managed services practice. Before Wipro, he held key leadership positions with Avaya and Lucent Technologies in the U.K.

Samir holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick Business School, U.K., and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Sujit Mohanty is the Head of Sonata India Business. He also heads the product business for India. Sujit has been with Sonata since 1991 and has over three decades of experience in the IT industry. He has spent close to twenty years in various leadership roles in Sonata, including heading the Product Marketing and Product Support Services Groups.

Before joining Sonata, Sujit worked at ACE, Hyderabad.

Sujit holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from XIM, Bhubaneshwar.

Roshan Shetty has over two decades of global experience in the IT services industry managing clients across the US, UK, Europe and India. Roshan held many senior leadership positions at Infosys, the latest being, Infosys Head of Insurance, Life Sciences & HealthCare for EMEA in addition to being Infosys UK Head and Member of Executive Council (Europe). He is an industry leader and member of GOV.UK’s Trade Advisory Group for Telecoms and Technology. He successfully collaborated with C- level client stakeholders on many strategic businesses & IT digital and data transformation deals that brought forward immense value to client organizations including successfully closing large complex M&A deals.

As Country Head for Infosys in Netherlands Roshan spearheaded the partnership model with Universities in Netherlands to embrace local talent and sponsor initiatives collaborating with universities to give back to society. He was also part of Netherlands Prime Minister’s delegation on Trade and Commerce.

Roshan is a Stanford University alumnus, where he completed the Executive Leadership Program and the Stanford Ignite Program - Entrepreneurship & Leadership. He also holds Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering.

Anthony Lange has more than three decades of industry experience, Anthony brings a proven track record and expertise in building vertical businesses. He has built vertical businesses for global SI’s and early-stage startups. In addition, Anthony has built industry partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and leading platform providers (SFDC, Pega, IBM). At Sonata Software, he will leverage this experience to scale our partnerships and drive growth.

Before Sonata, Anthony held several roles at large system integrators in executive management, sales, and delivery capacities. He led teams responsible for business growth, client, and employee satisfaction.

Anthony’s global work and living experiences allow him to bring a unique global perspective to Sonata Software’s business.

Raj has over two decades of deep expertise in developing and deploying digital transformation solutions for global clients in the retail, consumer, and distribution industries. He led the growth of Sonata’s Dynamics practice to be one of the largest global practices across multiple releases, industry solutions and services, leading across strategy, solution development, delivery & GTM. Raj has over a decade of experience in product engineering for ERP solutions & in building Sonata’s industry digital platform IP, Brick & Click Retail and Modern Distribution Platform.

An engineer and business management graduate by education, he brings a blend of technical and business acumen to engagements.

Balaji comes with more than two decades of strategic and operational experience in the people and talent function across industries. Prior to joining Sonata, he was the CHRO for L&T Infotech heading the functional globally. After obtaining his Masters in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he went on to work with some reputed companies across industries such as Hindustan Unilever, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Microsoft and the L&T Group. He has partnered with key stakeholders to design, deploy and deliver human capital interventions for better business results and organizational outcomes.

Balaji is a certified Coach, Organization Development and Talent Management practitioner. A people-centric person, he is a keen student of personality, culture and HR Excellence and strives to bring the best out of everyone for individual and team success.

Jagannathan, or Jagan as he is popularly known, has more than two decades of experience as a finance professional. He also holds experience in the fields of enterprise risk management, procurement, travel and immigration operations, global taxation, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, IT function and company secretarial compliances. Prior to this, he was the CFO of the Carborundum Universal. He has also worked with companies in Ashok Leyland, Hindustan Powerplus Limited, HCL Technologies, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Mindtree, where he was the CFO.

Jagan holds a B.Com from the University of Madras. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

For Hemant Kumar Bharadwaj, marketing is about gaining the mindshare of target audiences by creating an indelible impact through the power of creativity backed by big ideas.

A marketing veteran, Hemant loves working for challenger brands. His work history spans marketing, advertising, and sales. He has worked with companies as diverse as HTC Global Services, iGATE, Polaris, Ogilvy, Lintas, Mudra DDB, Studio 18, ITC, and has had a distinguished career as a marketing consultant as well. He was the CEO & MD of a start-up that he co-founded in the health-tech space. This wide range of experience enables him to provide marketing solutions keeping every aspect of a business in mind.

Hemant is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Muralee Bhaskar is CEO of Encore Software Services. Prior to this role, Muralee was Senior Vice President at CSC (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation) where he was responsible for Global Applications Management of the Technology, Retail and Consumer Products business unit, as well as the Chemical, Energy and Natural Resources business unit. Muralee was Senior Vice President at Covansys Corporation before his time with CSC. At Covansys he led the Western Region Business Unit and later the Technology, Retail and Energy Industry business unit.

Earlier in his career with Covansys, Muralee worked with various clients in the roles of Software Design & Development, Consulting, Project & Program Management and Client Relationship Management.

Muralee holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from University of Kerala and a master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Madras.
